Because Aagraham is a private standalone apartment dedicated exclusively to one family per stay, late cancellations cannot easily be reallocated. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp, email, or phone to initiate any request.
At Aagraham Homestay, we maintain an exclusive private 2 BHK apartment reserved solely for one guest party at a time. Because dates reserved for your stay cannot be offered to other visiting families, our standard cancellation policy is strictly scheduled:
Cancellations requested less than 15 days prior to check-in are not ordinarily accepted, as our calendar cannot easily be rebooked on short notice during temple pilgrimage cycles and wedding seasons.
To cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, guests must contact the Aagraham host team directly through our official communication channels. There is no automated cancellation form.

Important: A cancellation is considered legally effective only after Aagraham has reviewed and confirmed the cancellation in writing via email or WhatsApp.
If a guest fails to arrive at the homestay on the scheduled check-in date without prior written communication and confirmation of cancellation, the booking is classified as a No-Show.
No-show reservations are non-refundable in their entirety, as the property was held exclusively vacant for your arrival throughout the booked duration.
