Aagraham Homestay provides private, short-term homestay accommodation located at West Nada, Guruvayur, Kerala – 680101, India.

All reservations are for the exclusive use of the entire 2 BHK private apartment during the confirmed dates. No shared guest spaces exist within the booked apartment premises.

Kitchen & Meals: We do not provide complimentary or catered breakfast/meals. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a fully equipped kitchen so they can cook breakfast and meals on their own terms and schedule.

Reservations are confirmed only after the required booking details and applicable online payment (including the refundable security deposit) have been successfully processed and verified.

Temporary date holds are placed for 10 minutes during the checkout session. If payment is not completed before the hold timer expires, the requested dates are automatically released back to the general availability pool.

Guests must provide accurate and verifiable information at the time of booking, including full name, active mobile number, valid email address, exact check-in and check-out dates, total guest count, and children’s ages where applicable.

In compliance with statutory local regulations in India, a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) must be presented for every adult guest upon check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as identity proof.

The maximum permitted occupancy for Aagraham Homestay is 6 guests (including adults and children). Under no circumstances may the declared guest count exceed this limit without prior written approval.

Infants under 1 year of age (select age 0 in booking) and children up to 10 years stay free of accommodation charge when sharing existing bedding, but they must be registered in the booking to ensure overall safety and regulatory compliance.

Our standard accommodation timings are strictly scheduled to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization between guests:

• Standard Check-In: From 2:00 PM onwards
• Standard Check-Out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, advance arrangement, and may incur additional charges.

A ₹1,000 security deposit is collected during the payment/booking process for every reservation.

The ₹1,000 security deposit is 100% refundable after the stay, subject to property inspection and provided there is no damage, loss, missing property, excessive dirtiness, or violation of house rules.

If damage occurs to the property, appliances, furniture, linen, or fixtures, Aagraham reserves the right to deduct the reasonable repair or replacement cost from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds ₹1,000, the guest remains fully liable and responsible for the remaining reasonable balance.

Guests agree to follow all published House Rules and treat the homestay, its amenities, and neighbors with dignity and respect.

• Guests are fully responsible for the conduct and actions of all individuals in their group.
• Smoking, illegal substances, and unregistered parties or events are strictly prohibited.
• Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings, cash, and valuables. Aagraham accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay or authorized third-party payment gateways supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

Aagraham does not store, process, or have access to your complete debit/credit card numbers or CVV on our own servers. All transactions comply with RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS standards.

All cancellations, date changes, and refund requests are governed exclusively by our published Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

The standard cancellation requirement requires requests to be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Any date alteration is subject to availability and updated seasonal tariffs.

While we strive to keep website photographs, descriptions, tariffs, and amenity listings accurate and up-to-date, minor variations may occur due to continuous improvements or maintenance.

The final booking confirmation email and receipt represent the definitive agreement for a confirmed stay. Aagraham reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
